  • Cochinita pibil (Traditional Yucatecan dish of slow-roasted pork marinated with annatto, accompanied by pickled onion with habanero Chile.
  • Chicken with mole (Chicken breast in traditional sauce prepared with peppers, spices, and chocolate.
  • Poblano chili stuffed with ground beef or fresh cheese.
  • Chicken breast Stuffed with squash blossom with mole (Sweet sauce and spices).
  • Pork shank Michoacan style (Candied and smoked).
  • Beef tenderloin in pasilla sauce.

Complements:
House salad, Mexican style rice, refried beans and esquites (Mexican corn salad).

DESSERT

  • Rice pudding.
  • Corn bread with eggnog sauce.
  • Fried plantains with condensed milk and butterscotch.
